Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and expand our presence in the construction and building materials market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
• ​​Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales within construction or building materials industry.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• UAE market knowledge and valid driving license preferred.
