MR.BUILD INTUMESCENT ACRYLIC SEALANT is a single component high performance gun grade Intumescent (firestop) sealant based on fire resistant Acrylic formulation. The product is fire resistant, easy to apply & seals joints between construction parts & penetrations. Intumescent acrylic sealant helps to protect combustible & noncombustible penetrations for up to 4 hours fire rating. This product restricts the passage of fire & smoke from room to room & to escape routes. Since the sealant is low VOC, it is user friendly & confirms to green building requirements. The product is certified as per BS 476 Part 20.
