MR.BUILD FIRESTOP SILICONE SEALANT is a single component high performance gun grade Fire-Stop Weather Sealant based on fire resistant Silicone formulation. The product is fire resistant, easy to apply & seals joints between construction parts subjected joint movement. Mr.Build firestop silicone sealant helps to protect combustible & noncombustible penetrations for up to 4 hours fire rating. This product can be used for sealing all movement joints up to 50% & restricts the passage of fire & smoke from room to room & to escape routes. Since the sealant is low VOC & confirms to green building requirements. The product is certified as per ASTM C 920 Types S, G & NS, Class 50, use T, NT, M,G & BS 476 Part 20.
